CloudoIP Pty Ltd provides telecommunications services to customers subject to service terms, acceptable use, billing and account responsibilities.

Service use

  • Customers agree to use services lawfully and at their own risk
  • Services must not be used to interfere with networks, systems or other customers
  • Service availability can depend on carrier, internet access, power and customer equipment

Accounts and billing

  • Customers are responsible for keeping account information current
  • Charges, inclusions and usage terms depend on the selected plan or agreement
  • Overdue accounts may affect service access

Liability and support

  • CloudoIP works to provide reliable services and support
  • No telecommunications service is guaranteed to be free from interruption
